Attention:
Per RFI #47, there will be contract language indicating that any escalation due to tariffs, laws, and/or taxes enacted after bid day will be the responsibility of the owner.
Addendum 03 contains revised Plumbing and Mechanical drawings, adds an alternate for Owner Preferred DDC Controls, and makes a number of clarifications in the RFI Log.
