Attention:
The added Clarification is simply a list of all of the changes that are encompassed in the redesign.
The revised plumbing drawings were added in case the controls contractors needed to see them. And, I didn’t realize but new specs on the boilers and chillers were also issued.
For clarification, only Alternates 5B, 9, and 11 are being accepted. So, there is no reason to reprice the other Alternates. But, as indicated in the red clouded areas of the added drawings, a small portion of what was Alternate 2 is now part of the base bid.
I am being told that the revised mechanical drawings just uploaded contain minor differences from those posted on the other day. I have not had a chance to look at either, so just go with the latest.
A revised preliminary schedule has just been uploaded and most of our scope of work has pushed about 4 months. Please have revised quotes to me by EOB 5/19/26.

The information in the Clarifications just added was previous relayed through Addenda, except Clarification 05 which answers questions raised since Addendum 03 was issued.
The preliminary schedule has been uploaded to make everyone aware that almost no major purchases will be made for at a year from now. So, quote accordingly.
We were informed that the revised equipment schedule that was part of Addendum 03 had an error, so use the new one that was just uploaded.
The bid date has officially ben changed to 12/4/25, but I am requesting quotes by EOB 12/3/25.
Addendum 03 was revised to include a summary as well as revised drawings. The revised drawings include updated mechanical equipment schedules.
Addenda 01-03 have been added. Addendum 01 contains many revised mechanical drawings. Addendum 02 adds some mechanical preferred alternates and approved manufacturers on equipment and controls. Addendum 03 contains a list of the specification changes that have been made. The revised specifications are those now uploaded.
