Attention:
In order to make the bidding process is little simpler below is a breakdown of how the project documents are organized.
- There are three volumes of drawings and specifications that represent the Parking Deck, Terminal, and Sitework respectively.
- All of the work shown in the Parking Deck (Volume I) drawings and all of the work shown in the Terminal (Volume II) drawings is in the base bid pricing. We have no scope in the Sitework (Volume III) portion of the project so I did not upload those documents.
- The work shown in the Terminal (Volume II) Alternate 1 and Alternate 2 drawings is scope that is to be ADDED to the base bid.
- The work shown in the Terminal (Volume II) Alternate 3 and Alternate 4 drawings is scope that is to be DEDUCTED from the base bid.
- There are some revised Plumbing and Mechanical drawings in Addendum 01 and Addendum 02.
